NEW VENDCO products are warranted for 5 YEARS from the date of purchase to
be free of manufactures defects in parts and equipment under normal use. Vendco's
obligation, in the first year, is limited to replacing or repairing such products at the sole discretion of Vendco
provided the product is demonstrated to be defective. In years 2 through 5, Vendco's obligation is to offer replacement parts with a 50% deductible for each part, paid by the customer.
The 5 year limited warranty is limited to replacing or repairing the parts and equipment only and does not cover the labor cost or any shipping expenses IN YEARS 2-5.
This warranty does not cover
un-installation expenses
Loss of vending products used and/or income lost
Normal wear of parts
Damage resulting from the following:
Negligent use
Dropping resulting in damage
Damage in shipping if not noted at the delivery, on the delivery
bill of lading
Disassembly, repair or alteration by any person other than a Vendco
authorized manufacturer's representative.
Warranty is not transferable.
Vendco and/or its agents are not liable for any incidental, consequential
or other damages of any kind whatsoever, directly or indirectly, arising
from the use of the equipment whether based upon theories of contract,
negligence or tort. By purchasing a Vendco vending machine, the purchaser
agrees to the terms and conditions above.

1 Year Warranty
This product is warranted for 365 days from the date of purchase to
be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Vendco's
obligation is limited to repairing such products during the warranty
period
provided the product is demonstrated to be defective.
All machines and /or products must be shipped back to Vendco prepaid.
Purchaser promptly agrees and accepts all returned merchandise and agrees
to pay all return shipping charges and/or COD fees. Any merchandise not
accepted back by purchaser and/or paid for after 60 days of repair automatically
becomes property of Vendco without assuming any liability, damages and/or
costs.
